Whether you need an immediate answer to a specific problem or strategic planning to meet long range objectives, the Kunz and Company team is a resource of choice.
We are a team of experienced, skilled professionals dedicated to improving an organization's ability to avoid or resolve problems, create or adapt to
change, and to function effectively. Most frequently called in for help with preventing differing interests from developing into conflicts or problems,
we offer a range of resolution and leadership support services.
Established in 1992, Kunz and Company was organized during a period of corporate re-engineering and Federal agency process reforms. Its
leadership, which had worked together in a variety of Federal, other public and private sector settings for over two decades, saw that the use of institutional facilitators and mediators was not only desirable, but
economical.
Kunz and Company was created to join the practices of a group of senior professionals whose work had intersected in working with organizations
responding to requirements for change and performance improvement. Representing more than 100 years of consulting and facilitation practice and
diverse professional backgrounds and qualifications in the fields of conflict analysis and resolution, education, law, public administration, psychology,
management, and organizational development, Kunz and Company's team came together with the intent of creating the platform on which to build continued professional collaboration and joint work.
Over the course of their careers, our team members have consistently been involved in the advancement of the consulting and facilitation tools and
techniques needed to plan strategically and implement process and practice improvements in government, non-profit, and corporate sectors. As a group, the team shares a long standing commitment to innovation and
enhancements in government services and operations and to the building of credible public processes.
Kunz and Company is a small and woman-owned business headquartered in
Arlington, Virginia. We are organized and operate in the spirit of many of the reforms and performance initiatives with which we work. Functioning
as an integrated and virtual team, we field senior professionals on a flexible and just-in-time staffing basis to meet the evolving needs for consultation
and facilitation assistance experienced by clients engaged in complex processes of planning, implementing, and measure changes in policy and practice.
