Jo Lee Loveland Link Ms. Loveland Link has an extensive background
in providing solutions for design of strategic direction for organizations, including advanced technology and Information Resources Management enterprises in the corporate, non-profit, and governmental sectors. Several
of her clients created their first real strategic plan with her guidance; others moved forward from once-serviceable but now outmoded business plans into future-focused, opportunity positions better suited to their new
environments. An important feature of her capability is to generate vertical and horizontal input to strategy to integrate the best ideas, and thereby result in the strongest possible solutions.She
specializes in design of organizational communications and successful alignment of executive vision with widespread organizational commitment. An active consultant with Software Engineering Institute
at Carnegie Mellon University, where she has served six years as a Visiting Scientist, Ms. Loveland Link brings a special knowledge and capability in technology change management, software and software acquisition
process improvement, and risk management. In addition, as a certified Senior Organization Development Consultant, Ms. Loveland Link has had significant involvement in development of organizational design, corporate
culture development, and Search Conference approaches to change management for systems and organizations. She is a master facilitator and has led successful programs to charter and deploy Integrated
Process/Product Teams, as well as creation and development of executive teams charged with major organizational change efforts. Ms. Loveland Link has served as mediator with Multi-Door Dispute Resolution Division of
the DC Superior Court and was a lay member of the DC Legal Ethics Committee for the DC Bar Association for six years. Ms. Loveland Link has advanced skills in design of knowledge transfer and has authored more than 30
