Mr. Link is a member of the Kunz and Company
management team and is a consultant, mediator and facilitator of teams and task groups. Mr. Link is the team's leader for client services that involve knowledge management and information technology applications.
Mr. Link has facilitated the planning of organizations and businesses in crisis, at times of accelerated growth, and during technology and market transitions for the past 20 years. He has designed and facilitated
pioneering efforts in the development of newly integrated cross disciplinary, inter-agency, and public and private sector partnerships and Integrated Product/Process teams at the overarching, integrative, and working
group levels.
Mr. Link has worked with emerging and expanding organizations and financial institutions including those in banking, investment services, manufacturing, high technology, and services as well as with
Federal agencies. He has facilitated the work of numerous Federal and inter-agency planning forums including the U.S. Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations, the Environmental Protection Agency, the
Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the Federal Highway Administration. He facilitated the first Interagency Forum on National Flood Insurance Reform, which created integrated guidance on new financial
mechanisms with the consensus of the Comptroller of the Currency, Farm Credit Administration, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Federal Reserve System, and the National Credit
Union Administration.
Mr. Link has worked with complex systems change and reform efforts and facilitated the first Government Performance and Results Act planning process for the Federal Deposit Insurance
Corporation's Office of the Inspector General, leading their development of an integrated strategic and performance measurement system. He is currently completing work with an integrated team of Federal, State,
and local officials and subject matter specialists examining lifecycle cost management issues for the automated information systems used by the U.S. Army and Federal Emergency Management Agency's Chemical Stockpile
Emergency Preparedness Program.
In addition to his work as a facilitator, Mr. Link provides strategic management and organizational capability interventions, specializing in the development of
cross-organizational efforts, executive teams, and work with multi-cultural managers and staffs. He designed the nationally recognized simulation, Chaos, Inc., which addresses 21st
century business and organizational realities and facilitates competitive, adaptive responses to changing markets and business environments.
Mr. Link has served in the Organizational Capability/Human Resources
office of Chevy Chase Bank, where he served as the Management Development Officer and at the Central Intelligence Agency as a Program Manager for international colloquia on leadership in Europe and Asia.
Mr.
Link has a M.S. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia and is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Inventory practitioner. He serves on the faculty of the United States
Department of Agriculture Graduate School and is the current chair of the Alumni Chapter at the George Mason University Institute for Conflict Analysis and Resolution.
